Voice Bouquet

A get well soon card
full of familiar voices

When you can't visit, send everyone's voices instead.

Family, friends and colleagues each record a voice message on their phone. We gather them into one bouquet they can play from a hospital ward or the sofa at home, whenever they feel up to it.

Free to create and deliver. No contributor account needed.

Conversation starters

One small ask makes inviting and sharing easier.

When you invite

Choose what you’d love everyone to share. Pick from suggestions or write your own, then see what stories come in.

What would you like everyone to share about Dad?

  • What would you like to say to Dad right now?
  • Share a favorite memory with Dad. Tell it like they're right there.
  • What news from your day would Dad want to hear?
  • What has Dad taught you that you still carry with you?

Invitation to send by text or email

We’re making a Voice Bouquet for Dad! 🎤 Here’s one idea for your message: “What would you like to say to Dad right now?” You’ll find more conversation starters on the recording page. Record here 👇 (recording link)

When they record

They can glance at your prompts while they talk, so they won’t get stuck on what to say. One prompt, a few, or something else entirely is all welcome.

The organizer would love to hear…

  • What would you like to say to Dad right now?
  • Share a favorite memory with Dad. Tell it like they're right there.
  • What news from your day would Dad want to hear?

Pick one, talk about a few, or share something else.

To finish, say a few words directly to Dad.

Frequently asked questions

Will it be too much for them?

All they need to do is open the link and listen. No app, no reply. Each voice is its own message, so they can listen a little at a time, whenever they feel up to it.

What if "get well soon" isn't quite right?

Not every illness ends in recovery. The listening page says "everyone is thinking of you" and never assumes they'll get better. Conversation starters such as "What would you like to say right now?" work in any situation.

How is this different from a group card?

A group card, printed or online, collects written messages. Voice Bouquet collects voices, so they hear each person speaking, closer to a visit than a signature. If you'd also like written messages, a card works well alongside it.

Can people who live far away join?

Yes. Contributors open the recording link in their phone's browser, so friends and family anywhere in the UK or abroad can add their voice.

Can I deliver a complete bouquet for free?

Yes. Creating, collecting, completing, and delivering the bouquet are free. The downloadable video is free for now, too.

Do contributors need an app or an account?

No app installation or contributor account is needed. Open the recording link in a phone browser and allow microphone access to record.

What if people don’t know what to say?

You can pick up to three conversation starters from suggestions or write your own. They appear on the recording page, and people can talk about one, a few, or something else entirely. If you don’t pick any, a small hint appears instead.

How many messages can I collect?

Each bouquet accepts up to 30 recordings, with up to 3 minutes per recording. The limit counts recordings, not the number of people speaking.

What is the difference between the bouquet and the video?

The bouquet is a listening page where the recipient plays each voice message. The video brings the voices, photos, and music together in one file. After completing the bouquet, the organizer can create it from the management page and download it to a phone. The video is free for now.

How long can the recipient listen?

There is no viewing expiry on the listening page. If the organizer deletes the gift or regenerates its links, the previous link may no longer work.
