Voice Bouquet

A leaving card
in everyone’s voices

Turn the team’s goodbyes into one voice card.

When a coworker moves on, invite the team to record a short thank-you instead of signing a card. No video to shoot, no app to install. They can replay everyone’s voices on their first day somewhere new.

What gift organizers say

🌸 A farewell gift for a preschool teacher

It was really easy to use. Not a single person asked me how to do it. People who had moved away or were living overseas could join in too. I shared the invitation in our LINE group, and we collected the messages in four days.

With video, you worry about your background or what you’re wearing. With just our voices, it felt easy and relaxed.

Listening to the messages, I could hear someone’s breathing as they recorded on a train platform, or a child’s voice joining in halfway through. It felt like a little of each person’s everyday life came through. That’s something special about voice messages.

🎓 For a friend moving to another kindergarten

We heard back from the recipient: “The children’s halting little voices were so sweet, and their warm messages really touched me.”

People who contributed to the gift also told me, “It’s such a lovely gift.” That made me really happy.

Conversation starters

One small ask makes inviting and sharing easier.

When you invite

Choose what you’d love everyone to share. Pick from suggestions or write your own, then see what stories come in.

What would you like everyone to share about Sam?

  • What was your first impression of Sam?
  • What has stayed with you from the way Sam works or speaks?
  • When did Sam change the atmosphere in the room?
  • When did Sam help you the most?

Invitation to send by text or email

We’re making a Voice Bouquet for Sam! 🎤 Here’s one idea for your message: “What was your first impression of Sam?” You’ll find more conversation starters on the recording page. Record here 👇 (recording link)

When they record

They can glance at your prompts while they talk, so they won’t get stuck on what to say. One prompt, a few, or something else entirely is all welcome.

The organizer would love to hear…

  • What was your first impression of Sam?
  • What has stayed with you from the way Sam works or speaks?
  • When did Sam change the atmosphere in the room?

Pick one, talk about a few, or share something else.

To finish, say a few words directly to Sam.

Frequently asked questions

Can remote coworkers or people in other offices join?

Yes. Everyone gets the same recording link and records from their phone’s browser, whenever it suits them. No app and no account needed, so people in other offices or time zones can add their voice too.

Can I use it as a leaving card for someone on another team?

Yes. Share the link with anyone who worked with them, across teams or past projects. Each voice is its own message, so they hear who said what.

Can I deliver a complete bouquet for free?

Yes. Creating, collecting, completing, and delivering the bouquet are free. The downloadable video is free for now, too.

Do contributors need an app or an account?

No app installation or contributor account is needed. Open the recording link in a phone browser and allow microphone access to record.

What if people don’t know what to say?

You can pick up to three conversation starters from suggestions or write your own. They appear on the recording page, and people can talk about one, a few, or something else entirely. If you don’t pick any, a small hint appears instead.

How many messages can I collect?

Each bouquet accepts up to 30 recordings, with up to 3 minutes per recording. The limit counts recordings, not the number of people speaking.

What is the difference between the bouquet and the video?

The bouquet is a listening page where the recipient plays each voice message. The video brings the voices, photos, and music together in one file. After completing the bouquet, the organizer can create it from the management page and download it to a phone. The video is free for now.

How long can the recipient listen?

There is no viewing expiry on the listening page. If the organizer deletes the gift or regenerates its links, the previous link may no longer work.
